Terms and conditions of payment:
All advance ticket sales are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit and also subject to a 24-hour cancellation window. A reservation can no longer be changed, or cancelled after the 24-hour advance window has passed. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of reservation for all online ticket sales; however, you may also choose to pay the full amount in advance. All reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window. Once within the 24 hrs of reservation, the credit card will be charged in full if only a deposit has been taken and reservations paid in full will not be subject to a refund request. If the reservation is a same-day reservation (inside that 24-hour window) the full amount of the total is due at the time of booking and the full amount is non-refundable. Same-day reservations are final ticket sales. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and some international forms of payment. No personal or traveler’s checks will be accepted.
Groups:
All group reservations must be canceled no later than 7 days prior. All reservations created through the group sales department and or reservation for ten (10) or more people and or reservations given a special group discount are considered a group reservation. Any changes to the reservation must be made 72 hrs prior. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required for all group reservations. The deposit is subject to forfeit after the 7 day prior deadline in addition the remainder of the payment due remain forfeit after the 72 hour deadline has expired. A final headcount and final payment is required 72 hours in advance of the service and will be processed with the credit card on file.
Cancellation process:
In order to cancel a reservation customers must call 24hrs prior to the tour or rental reservation at (858) 454-1010. Any tour or rental not canceled properly in advance before your scheduled tour will be assessed the full amount of the tour. No shows or non-cancelled tours will be charged for the reservation in full.
3rd Party Tickets: All 3rd party tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable. All third party tickets require payment in full. Any 3rd party tickets that are date and time specific are only valid for the specified time; exceptions for alternate dates or times cannot not be honored.
Recommendations:
Recommended check-in time is 30 minutes in advance of scheduled tour/rental time. Roll call and tour briefings and/or rental instructions are conducted at the scheduled time and tour/rental departs shortly thereafter. Please arrive even earlier to find parking if parking is required.
