Terms and conditions of payment: For Phone reservations, we do take a credit card to hold your spot for capacity purposes. Once you are within 24 hrs of your reservation your card will be charged in full, unless otherwise noted. All online ticket sales are final, except in the event of inclement weather. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. No personal or traveler’s checks will be accepted.
Groups: A “group” is six or more people that have been given a special group discount. All group reservations must be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the group tour or group rental. The final headcount will be due 72 hrs to prior to reservation date along with the payment.
Cancellation process: We do offer non-prepaid reservations made through the phone the opportunity to cancel up until 24 hours in advance. Please call us 24 hrs prior to your tour or rental reservations. Any tours not cancelled 24 hrs in advance before your scheduled tour will be assessed the full amount of the tour. No shows or non-cancelled tours will be charged for the reservation in full.
3rd Party Tickets: All 3rd party tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable. The promotional value of the 3rd party ticket is only valid until the expiration date. No exceptions will be permitted after the expiration date. Any 3rd party tickets that are date and time specific are only valid for the specified time; exceptions for alternate dates or times will not be honored.
La Jolla location tickets: recommended check-in time is 45-60 minutes in advance of scheduled tour/rental time. Roll call and guided tour briefings are conducted at the scheduled time and tours depart thereafter. There is a delay to accommodate for the tour introduction and instructional period; however, check-in must be completed in advance of scheduled tour/rental time and we advise early arrival to accommodate the check-in process.
Unguided rental reservations begin at the scheduled time; recommended check-in time is 45-60 minutes in advance of the rental period begins at the reserved time regardless of actual start time and rentals are due back at the scheduled return time.
We advise allowing for extra time before and after the tour/rental to facilitate changing, going to/from the beach, using lockers, parking and rinsing off.
Coronado location tickets: recommended check-in time is 30 minutes in advance of scheduled tour/rental time. Roll call and tour briefings and/or rental instructions are conducted at the scheduled time and tour/rental departs shortly thereafter.
